Becoming a member is open to anyone who is 16 years and over. You can join in your own right, or perhaps you are a parent, family member, or a friend. You can also join if you are a health professional, or hospital representative, in fact anyone who wishes to support the work of the Charity.

As a member you will receive:

Need to talk to someone about your condition

Call our Crohn's and Colitis Support Line, which is manned by our specially trained Volunteers. Alternatively, it may be just information you need, in which case contact our Information Services between the hours of 10am and 1pm each weekday.

There are Crohn’s and Colitis Groups in most parts of the UK. When joining, if you give your permission, or afterwards, we will pass your name to the Group in your area. The Groups are run by volunteers and offer support, educational meetings and fundraising events. There are also opportunities to join the Organising Team and play an active part in the Organisation.

We also have a group called Family Network which, again, is UK wide and is set up for families with children up to the age of 18 who suffer from IBD. They have various Family Days and Events throughout the year giving the opportunity to meet other children and parents who are in the same, or similar situation as themselves.
