IBD and mums to be

'IBD and Mums to Be' is a study of the experience of transition to motherhood with Crohn's and Colitis.

Crohn's & Colitis UK have funded 'IBD and Mums to Be' - the first in depth study of the experience of transition to motherhood with Crohn's Disease or Ulcerative Colitis. 22 mums took part and spoke about their experience of planning and starting a family, and coping with young children in the context of being a mum with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

These resulting videos aim to support women with Crohn's and Colitis by providing appropriate, user friendly access to the experience of other women with IBD who have already become mothers.
