The overarching goal of this group is to ensure that people with IBD receive consistent high quality, person-centred care wherever they live in the UK and have the best possible outcomes.
This partnership of organisations will focus on a range of issues from defining quality by looking at what does ‘good’ patient centred care look like, to embedding research, and quality improvement in IBD services and care. The group will also look at sharing good practice and communication, and raising IBD on the political agenda.
