Participants needed for stoma study

Published 08 October 2015

A team of researchers at King's College London are carrying out a study exploring the ways in which people with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) make decisions about stoma-forming surgery, and whether the reality of living with a temporary or permanent stoma for IBD matches the expectations people have before surgery.

If you currently have a temporary or permanent stoma due to IBD, or have recently had a temporary stoma reversed, or have never had a stoma but are deeply concerned that this is a future possibility, you may be able to help us.

If you are interested and would like more information about the study, please email Dr Lesley Dibley on lesley.b.dibley@kcl.ac.uk including Stomas and IBD Study in the subject line.
