Originally planned for 23rd-24th May, this year's Edinburgh Marathon Festival has been postponed until Saturday 5th - Sunday 6th September.

In the current climate, people living with Crohn’s and Colitis are relying on our services more than ever – and, because of our incredible fundraisers, like you, we’re able to be here for more of those affected by these conditions. Join us for a weekend of sport at this iconic festival of running.
The Edinburgh Marathon Festival is Scotland’s largest running festival, with over 30,000 runners expected to take part over the weekend. The flat course is suitable for both novices and experienced runners, and with five race distances from 5km to full marathon to choose from over the two days, as well as events for juniors, there really is something for everyone!
The Edinburgh Marathon Festival will be held from the Saturay 5th - Sunday 6th September with the following events on each day:

Edinburgh Half Marathon
Register for a charity place for the marathon or half marathon here. We ask our charity place runners to pay a registration fee, for the half marathon this fee is £30 and for the full marathon it is £55. We also ask you to commit to raising a minimum of £350 for half marathon runners and £500 for those taking part in the full marathon.
If you have your own place for the marathon, half marathon, or any other race distance, you can still be very much part of our team by registering here - we will send you your free running top and fundraising pack!
