Great North Run

Join us in September 2026 for the world's largest half marathon with wonderful sea of runners, the Great North Run!

The run starts in Newcastle and finishes on the coast at South Shields. There will be thousands of cheering supporters to keep you motivated every step of the way and we will be there at the end to greet you in the Charity Village!

Charity Places

Our Charity Places have sold out! If you would like to be placed on our waiting list, please drop us an email to fundraising@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk.

We kindly ask all our charity place runners to pay a registration fee of £50 and pledge to raise a minimum of £400 in sponsorship.

Already secured a place in the event through the Ballot? Fantastic news! Let us know by emailing our friendly Supporter Care team at fundraising@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk, we’d love to have you as part of our team!

You will have access to all the same benefits as our charity place runners but can set your own fundraising pledge.
