Virtual events
Come and join us at our upcoming virtual events
Facebook Live: Wednesday 1 December at 6pm

In this session, a panel of healthcare professionals and people living with Crohn's and Colitis will discuss their experiences and answer your questions about supporting your mental wellbeing.
Ruth Wakeman, Director of Services, Advocacy & Evidence at Crohn's & Colitis UK, will be chairing the panel. She'll be joined by clinical psychologist, Dr Fiona Eldridge and IBD nurse Kasia Stegienta who will be taking questions from people living with Crohn’s and Colitis about how they can support their mental wellbeing.
Special guests include:
- Hakeem Perring, who lives with Crohn’s. Hakeem recently wrote a blog about how years of mental health problems led to him train to be a mental health nurse.
- Lois Miller who lives with Crohn’s and runs a blog called Gut Instinct which talks about living with Crohn's.
This is taking place on the Crohn’s & Colitis UK Facebook page, at 6pm on 1 December.
