These Terms and Conditions apply to the Big Winter Workout 2026 Prize Bundle.

Big Winter Workout 2026 Weekly Top 5 Fundraiser Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter of this competition is Crohn’s & Colitis UK, registered charity number 1117148 and company number 5973370, of 1 Bishops Square, Hatfield, AL10 9NE (“the Charity”).
  2. The Big Winter Workout Weekly Top 5 Fundraiser Competition is open to all participants of the Big Winter Workout Challenge 2026 aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Charity, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the competition.
  3. The Big Winter Workout Weekly Top 5 Fundraiser Competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  4. To enter the competition, participants must be one of the top five fundraisers of the week on the Big Winter Workout fundraising leaderboard.
  5. The competition will run from 3rd December 2025 to 6th February 2026
  6. The competition runs weekly. Entries open at midnight every Wednesday and close at 11:59 PM the following Thursday. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for that week’s draw but will automatically be entered into the following week’s draw.
  7. The Charity accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, or network or server failure of any kind.
  8. There will be five winners each week, chosen based on the top five fundraisers on the leaderboard at the end of the competition week.
  9. The prize includes an exclusive water bottle, a resistance band, and a skipping rope. The prize can only be won once. If a winner has previously won, the prize will be awarded to the next highest fundraiser on the leaderboard.
  10. The winners will be notified by email before 6 pm on the Friday following each week’s competition end date.
  11. Winners must respond within five (5) days of the notification email to confirm whether they would like to receive the prize or forgo it. If a winner does not respond within this time, the prize may be offered to the next highest fundraiser.
  12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  13. The Charity reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Charity's control make it necessary to do so.
  14. The decision of the Charity regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Charity reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  16. The Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  17. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Charity, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Charity, its agents, or distributors, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  18. The competition will be governed by English law, and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
