Care Experiences and Support Needs for Individuals with a Mental Health Condition and a Life-Limiting Illness (CELI)

Researchers at Swansea University are looking for people living in Wales to take part in online or telephone interviews. This is part of a study looking at care for people with mental health conditions and long-term conditions.

Researchers at Swansea University are looking to learn more about how people living in Wales experience social care when they live with both a mental health condition (like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or severe depression) and a life-limiting or long-term physical illness (such as Crohn’s, Colitis, cancer, COPD, or kidney disease). The aim of the research is to improve services and raise awareness of the challenges faced by people living with complex health needs.

To take part you must:

Live in Wales
be 18 or older
live with both a mental health condition AND a long-term physical illness
OR
are an unpaid carer (family member, close friend) or someone living with these conditions.

Please note you must live in Wales to take part in this research.

If you are interested in taking part, or would like more information about the study, please complete the form below.

By entering your details, you are not committing to take part, but your contact details will be forwarded to the researcher who will get in touch with you directly with more information. You will have the opportunity to change your mind at any time.

This research study is NOT organised by Crohn's & Colitis UK and, therefore, we cannot take responsibility for your involvement in the research.
