7 New Year's non-resolutions

Published: 02 January 2016

You do not need to make any New Year's resolutions when you are already this fabulous. However, how about some activity and actions in 2016?

1. Keep well -this is pretty obvious!

We want you to have a happy and healthy 2016. We have some every-day life tips and publications on our website.

2. Volunteer - it's a great way to meet people

Develop new skills and make a difference. If you think you might not have the skills for a particular role - don't worry; just let us know if you're interested.

3. Have fun!

Why not attend the #GetYourBellyOut 2nd Birthday party. No need to pack away your NYE's party outfit until you've been to this event - with all money raised going to our charity.

4. Get involved with us: We need you more than ever

Please consider joining us as a member - we've great plans and offers for members - or help us raise vital funds at one of our fundraising events.

Stay tuned for details of our 6 WALKS in 2016; our biggest, widest, walks calendar yet.

5. World IBD Day and Crohn's& Colitis Awareness Week

Circle Thursday 19 May and 1-7 December on your calendar if you want to join the campaigns.

Sign up for our monthly email to stay informed about this and other news.

6. Keep talking!

It's good to talk and we have the largest online IBD communities on social media (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).

If you want to call us we have a confidential information service and a listening service offering emotional support.

7. That's enough activity... now put your feet up!

Everyone at Crohn's & Colitis UK wishes you a very happy and healthy 2016.
