1. Keep well -this is pretty obvious!
We want you to have a happy and healthy 2016. We have some every-day life tips and publications on our website.
2. Volunteer - it's a great way to meet people
Develop new skills and make a difference. If you think you might not have the skills for a particular role - don't worry; just let us know if you're interested.

Why not attend the #GetYourBellyOut 2nd Birthday party. No need to pack away your NYE's party outfit until you've been to this event - with all money raised going to our charity.
4. Get involved with us: We need you more than ever
Please consider joining us as a member - we've great plans and offers for members - or help us raise vital funds at one of our fundraising events.

5. World IBD Day and Crohn's& Colitis Awareness Week

It's good to talk and we have the largest online IBD communities on social media (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram).

We know it can be difficult to live with, or support someone living with Crohn’s or Colitis. But we’re with you. We can give you the right information and support at the right time.
