Living with IBD: New videos launched!

Published: 22 August 2014

There are many challenges in living with Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease but we have 3 new videos that can help.

Whether you are newly diagnosed or have had IBD for some time, these videos are full of handy hints and tips about:

  • preparing for a doctor’s appointment
  • telling people about your IBD
  • going on holiday with IBD
  • packing an emergency kit
  • continuing or taking up sport and exercise
  • finding support and speaking to other people who will understand how you are feeling

Please let us know if you have any feedback on the videos.

The Living with IBD Videos were made possible due to the kind support of the Catherine McEwan Foundation. We would also like to thank the University of Hertfordshire for providing film locations.
