In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation currently affecting the UK, the Government's most recent advice is that mass gatherings should not go ahead. To ensure we can all enjoy the 2020 event season safely, we have decided to postpone our WALK IT events until later in the year.
WALK IT 2020 Update
We will be reviewing all event dates and locations, and are working as quickly as we can to determine how to move forward. We will be communicating with our walkers and volunteers regularly to let them know once we know more, so please look out for emails from us.
We appreciate this is going to be an uncertain time for all involved while plans are implemented to manage this unprecedented situation. Please do bear with us as we gather more details.
As a charity, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure we are protecting the health and wellbeing of our supporters, members, volunteers and staff. We have published information on the website about coronavirus for people affected by Crohn's and Colitis which can be viewed here.
you so much for all the funds you've raised and the much-needed awareness that you have generated through talking about Crohn's and Colitis, and the work of the charity.
We very much look forward to fantastic events later this year and seeing our supporters there.
Thank you for your patience.
