Will you take on the #4FactsChallenge!?

Published: 01 December 2020

Talking about Crohn's and Colitis can be hard. But we know that it can make a huge difference to people who live with these invisible conditions.

Because of stigma, people are suffering in silence. Our #4FactsChallenge is here to help.

Tell. Share. Tag. Donate.

We need your help encouraging people to open up about themselves and share a fact about Crohn's and Colitis that others may not be aware of.

To take part:

  • Post three facts about yourself and one fact provided by us; that an estimated 500,000 people in the UK live with Crohn's or Colitis
  • Accompany it with a picture of yourself or something relating to your facts
  • Tag four people to undertake the challenge next and post their own set of facts with a donation of £4 where possible

With thanks to the actor Graham Seed for providing his voice for this video, in memory of his son Toby.

This challenge is part of Crohn's and Colitis Awareness Week 2020. For more ways to take part, head to our main page.
