Claiming Attendance Allowance: A Guide for Adults with Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s Disease (Edition 2a)
This is because it has become out of date. But we are reviewing the information, and are intending to reintroduce it in a new edition which will be available on the Crohn’s and Colitis UK website later in 2015. In the meantime, if you have questions about Attendance Allowance, you may wish to contact the Crohn's and Colitis UK Information Service on 0845 130 2233(please note that calls to 0845 numbers cost 7p per minute plus your phone company's access charge).
Our review process involves sending a draft of the new edition of the guide to both benefits experts, and people who are receiving benefits. So we are looking for people to review the new draft who fit into one of the following criteria:

If you feel you meet any of these, and you would be interested in commenting on the new Attendance Allowance benefit guide, please get in touch with Alice in the Publications Team at Crohn’s and Colitis UK, at: alice.flawith@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk. Please provide brief details about you – if you are a benefits expert, where you work and in what position, or if you are applying/have applied for Attendance Allowance – whether you have been successful in your claim, which condition you have, when you were diagnosed, etc.
We look forward to hearing from you!
