What impact has coronavirus had on your Crohn's or Colitis? Are you feeling more supported to manage your condition or struggling with the changes? Maybe you've experienced positives and negatives.
We want to hear from you.
Fill in our 'Life in Lockdown' survey to help us champion the needs of people with Crohn's and Colitis during the coronavirus pandemic and focus on what matters to you.
Sorry, the survey form is currently not accepting responses.
We want to understand how coronavirus is affecting your employment, access to healthcare, mental health and more. And if things are better, worse or haven't changed.
Our 'Life in Lockdown' Survey will help us understand how we can best support you, whilst raising awareness of the most important issues to you. We're here to speak up for you.
The survey is anonymous, easy to fill in and take just 10 minutes to complete. It's open to anyone over 18 who lives in the UK and has Crohn's or Colitis.
It will close on Friday 10th July.
