Online communities for Crohn's and Colitis

Peer support can be invaluable when living with, or supporting someone with, Crohn’s and Colitis. That’s why we provide dedicated online communities moderated by our staff.

  • Please report any activity that doesn’t follow the rules by using the report function. You can also contact admin by sending a direct message on our main page.
  • If you are feeling vulnerable or you are concerned about your emotional wellbeing, The Samaritans is available 24/7 on Tel: 116 123 or email: jo@samaritans.org

Safeguarding

Keeping children and vulnerable adults safe online is a shared responsibility. To find out more about how to stay safe online you can see nspcc.org.uk/onlinesafety or see our Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy.

Thanks for bearing with us.

How Can We Help?

  • We can help you understand Crohn’s and Colitis
  • Listen and talk about living with IBD
  • Help you connect with others in the Crohn’s and Colitis community
  • Give you contact details of specialist organisations
  • We can support you to live well with Crohn’s or Colitis and provide up-to-date, evidence-based information

Please be aware we’re not medically or legally trained. We cannot provide detailed financial or benefits advice or specialist emotional support.

If you need specific medical advice about your condition, your GP or IBD team will be best placed to help.
