Digital Virtual Panel

Our digital services should always be centred around the needs of our users. That's why we are establishing a Digital Virtual Panel of people who we will regularly seek their individual opinions on new digital services and work.

People are the heart of our organisation and we want to ensure that our digital services reflect the needs of our diverse users. That's why we're establishing a new Digital Virtual Panel of around 20 people from across the Crohn's and Colitis community.

What commitment is involved?

As a member of the panel, we ask that you spare up to an hour each month but that can be at any time of the day or night.

How will it work?

When we launch new digital functionality or we’re considering making changes to our digital services, we will send you an email asking for your opinion. For example, if we are building a new symptom checker tool and we may ask you to try it out and then let us know how you found it so we can ensure it’s the best it can be when we launch it.

How will I give you my feedback?

Usually, we'll either ask you to answer a few short questions or to add your comments via emails or online surveys.

Will I meet other members of the panel?

Initially, we’ll ask for feedback via email but there may be opportunities in the future for online discussions with other panel members.

Any other questions?

Please email us.

How do I join?

Please answer a few quick questions to join the Digital Virtual Panel. We'll be in touch soon with further information.
