Ordering booklets for your patients
If you're a healthcare professional working in the UK, you can order printed copies of our booklets and information packs.
This service is free of charge.
How to order
Step 1: Register to use our ordering portal by completing our online form.
Step 2: Within ten working days, you’ll receive an email from our warehouse provider, Treetop, with your login details. · Step 3: Use the login details sent by Treetop to access our online ordering portal.
What you can order
The booklets and information packs you can order include:
Information patient packs. Each pack contains a Crohn’s & Colitis UK paper wallet and our All About Crohn’s and Colitis A5 booklet.

- All about Crohn’s and Colitis A5 booklet.
- Crohn’s Disease A5 booklet.
- Ulcerative Colitis A5 booklet.
- Meet our Crohn’s and Colitis cats children’s story book.
- Your health, Your voice A5 leaflet for Black communities.
Our booklets and information packs come in bundles of 20.
You can request up to 60 packs of each booklet per order. Our food booklet is our most popular booklet, and you can request up to 120 packs per order.
If you’re not a healthcare professional
We provide this service to healthcare professionals only. This may include doctors, nutritionists, nurses and medical secretaries. We provide this service so that healthcare professionals can give our leaflets to the patients they see.
