If someone you know has Crohn’s or Colitis, the little things you do for them can mean a lot. Joining this event could be one of them.
It can be really hard to know how best to support someone who’s living with one of these lifelong conditions. The good news is that there are lots of things you can do to help.
This event offers a chance to connect and swap tips with others who are a friend, partner or family member of someone living with Crohn’s or Colitis.
Joining is easy. All you need is either a laptop, tablet, phone or computer with access to a microphone. If it has a camera too then you can switch it on if you wish. You will need a stable internet connection to use the video meeting software.
Once you sign up, you'll be sent the meeting link to join the event on the day. You will also receive it in a reminder email before the event. The email we send might go into your junk folder, so please check before the meeting starts that you can find it.
This event is run by our trained volunteers. If you have any questions, please contact us at peersupport@crohnsandcolitis.org.uk.
Our Virtual Social Events are a chance to meet others across the UK, swap tips and connect with a community who just get it. You can share as much or as little as you like, or just sit back and listen.
You're welcome to join any of our events, no matter where you're based.
