"How long will it take for my badges to arrive?"

Delivery should take between 3 and 5 working days but may take longer during busy periods. It could take up to 14 working days for you to receive your badges. 

"Can you send my badges out faster?"

We're sorry you're having to wait. The badges are being sent directly by our fulfilment partner, and unfortunately we're unable to offer an expedited delivery service. 

"What if I just want to make a donation and don't want any badges?"

There is an option not to receive any Thank You badges when you make your donation if you would prefer to do this. 

"Why can't I just donate through the normal donate page on your website?"
