Our young person films highlight the challenges younger people with Crohn's and Colitis face and how they are coping with issues relating to their disease. 

How to tell friends

Crohn's & Colitis UK funded researchers worked with young people to make this video, giving you tips on how to tell your friends about having Crohn's or Colitis.
