You can access a Word version of the 2026 full application form here. This document is for guidance purposes only and the format/wording of questions may differ from the online application. Submissions are only accepted via Flexigrant from invited applicants.
As part of your Stage Two (full application) submission we will ask you to obtain confirmation of participation from any additional Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators and any Patient or Public Contributors. This is not required at the outline stage. Each person will need to complete a copy of the Stakeholder Confirmation of Participation form and the forms should be combined into a single PDF document for upload at submission.
Stakeholder Confirmation of Participation Form
Collaborators should provide a letter of support setting out their agreement to participate as well as what their contribution to the project will be. Letters of support should be uploaded to the portal as a single PDF document.
The Principal Investigator, a representative of the Host Institution and a Finance Officer will need to approve the application on Flexigrant. This is only required at full application stage, not at Outline stage.
